By downloading, installing, or using Fem-Psych Monitor (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Tim Teknisoft ("Developer", "We", "Us", or "Our").

All subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and Google Play Store. Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Google Play Store account settings → Subscriptions.
All payments are processed by Google Play Store and are subject to Google's refund policies. Please contact Google Play support for refund requests. We do not process refunds directly.
We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices at any time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period following reasonable notice. If you do not agree to the price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit through the App, including voice recordings, transcripts, assessment responses, and personal information. We do not claim ownership of your content.
By submitting content through the App, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services. This license terminates when you delete your account or your content, except where retained as required by law.
Voice recordings are initially processed on your device using on-device machine learning models (Whisper for speech-to-text and a custom TensorFlow Lite model for emotion classification). The resulting transcripts, emotion scores, and audio files are then uploaded to secure cloud servers for persistent storage and cross-session access.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

Emotion analysis results and personality assessments are for informational and educational purposes only. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You may delete your account at any time through the App's Profile → Delete Account & Data feature. Upon deletion, your account and associated data will be permanently removed within 7 business days.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if:
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Sections 9 (Disclaimer), 10 (Limitation of Liability), and 12 (Governing Law) shall survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through:
You agree that any legal action shall be brought in your individual capacity only, and not as a class action or representative proceeding.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the App or via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the App and delete your account before the new Terms take effect.
